Program Manager

Kim joined our team in 2022 with over 20 years of Property Management experience during which she has managed a variety or properties including student housing, low-income (tax credit) properties, and market-rate developments.  She earned a Real Estate license in 2013 and is currently a part-time realtor. 

A native of Traverse City, Kim returned to this area after spending part of her career in Los Angeles, California and in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
