Val joined our team in 2025 with over 12 years of Property Management experience during which she has managed a variety or properties including low-income (tax credit) properties and market-rate developments.
Val and her husband returned to Traverse City in 2021 after spending years in Alaska and other states associtaed with her husband's Coast Guard service.
