Cityview is planned to be a 43-unit workforce housing community with incomes ranging from 30% of Grand Traverse County AMI to 80% of AMI.
A LIHTC application is being submitted to MSHDA for construction funding for this project. This project is being developed in coordination with the Grand Traverse CountyLand Bank and the Grand Traverse County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority.
